House Rules
This is strictly a no-party house.
The house is not suitable for work crews and these bookings will be declined.
Your dog is welcome but please ensure you have picked up after them before you leave.
If you are staying for more than a few days, please keep an eye on the garden and pots - and run the sprinklers on the grass if it looks like it needs it.
We provide all bed, bath & table linen for the number of guests booked - but don't forget beach towels for you and your dog.
We don't want any of our guests to arrive to smelly or full bins!
Please ensure all rubbish is bagged before placing it in the appropriate bin.
Rubbish collections are generally fortnightly so we have supplied an additional General Rubbish Bin to help with this. Bins are to be left on the kerb on or before the appropriate Tuesday Nights (refer to fridge notes). Excess rubbish, bottles, etc. must be taken with you on your departure. If the bins have not been put out for collection or excess rubbish is left at the property, there will be a $50 service fee charged for removal.
BBQ to be cleaned on exit - a $50 charge will apply if BBQ needs to be cleaned.
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
